1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the TensorFarm website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Services
TensorFarm provides AI consulting and engineering services, including AI Strategy & Transformation, Agentic AI Solutions, MCP Integration & Security, Conversational AI & Chatbots, Intelligent Automation, and AI Security & Red Teaming. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW), which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the website's operation or security
- Copy or redistribute content without permission
4. Authorized security testing
AI red teaming and security testing are performed only with written authorization from the system owner and within an agreed scope and rules of engagement. TensorFarm will not test any system without such authorization.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, trademarks and materials are owned by TensorFarm or its licensors. Ownership of engagement deliverables is governed by the applicable agreement or SOW.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the engagement, as set out in the applicable agreement or NDA.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs. Clients remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs and for decisions made based on them, including maintaining appropriate human oversight.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorFarm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for services is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.
9. Third-party links & services
The website may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party platforms. TensorFarm is not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
